Cicor Annual Shareholders' Meeting on 24 April 2013


Zurich, 28 March 2013 – Cicor (SIX Swiss Exchange: CICN), a leading, international high-tech industrial group, operating in the fields of printed circuit boards, microelectronics and electronic solutions, headquartered in Boudry (Switzerland), today announced that its Board of Directors will recommend the election of Hans Knöpfel as a new member of the Board at the ordinary Annual Shareholders' Meeting. Hans Knöpfel has considerable knowledge and practical experience in technical and commercial aspects across the entire value chain in the areas of technology, machine and plant engineering, trading and financial services. Cicor also announces that the date for payment of a distribution of CHF 0.30 per share from the available capital contribution reserve has been set for 2 May 2013, subject to approval from the Annual Shareholder's Meeting.

Election of Hans Knöpfel as an additional member of the Board of Directors.

Hans Knöpfel, born 1957, from Switzerland, has a diploma in electrical engineering and post- graduate studies in business management from the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration, Zurich. Furthermore, he is a guest lecturer for business engineering and strategy implementation at various institutes of the University of St Gallen, and he is Chairman of the Management Board of Forum-SCM (Supply Chain Management) for the ETH Zurich's EMBA (Executive Master in Business Administration). Hans Knöpfel has valuable experience which is particularly relevant for key issues within Cicor, such as change management and innovation and process management in the company. Over the course of his career, Mr Knöpfel worked for companies such as KPMG Fides and Oerlikon Bührle Werkzeugmaschinenfabrik AG.

With the election of Hans Knöpfel and re-election of the present members, the Cicor Group Board of Directors would comprise five members, four of whom (Antoine Kohler, Andreas Dill, Robert Demuth and Hans Knöpfel) are independent, and one member (Heinrich J. Essing) representing HEB Swiss Investment AG, currently the largest shareholder.
