Apprentices and students are integral parts of our company locations, and training and development are an integral part of our corporate culture. Our corporate organization is characterized by flat hierarchies and professional processes. This structure enables us to integrate apprentices into the company's day-to-day operations from the very beginning. With us, you will get to know the daily working routine first hand, quickly take on your own tasks and, as your training progresses, gain a broader range of responsibilities and activities.

Are you looking for individual support?

Our trainees and students are supervised by experienced mentors and training managers. You'll have a dedicated contact person from the start to help you quickly settle into our company. Your mentor will support you with questions and problems and carefully prepare you for the final exam. Depending on your training focus, you'll get to know different departments of the company and meet experienced colleagues who will be happy to share their knowledge with you. We also encourage the exchange of experiences between our trainees and students from different disciplines and training years.
