Cable Assembly

The Cicor Group has extensive expertise in the field of cable assembly. The cutting to length and stripping as well as the crimping of the corresponding cables are part of our daily business as well as the automatic strand production. The production unit is supplemented with a 2K horizontal injection molding machine; thus connectors and cables are overmolded and protected against moisture and other environmental influences.

We take care of the procurement of supplier materials, the complete pre-assembly of the cables and the logistically appropriate packaging. Thus, the cable units can be further processed in an optimal way.

Wire Harness

The Cicor Group has extensive expertise in the field of wire harness manufacturing. The precise cutting, stripping and crimping of individual wires, as well as their bundling, guiding and fixation into structured harnesses, are part of our daily business. Our wire harness assemblies are produced according to IPC-A-620 standards, ensuring high reliability and compliance with demanding application requirements.

We take care of the procurement of supplier materials, the complete pre-assembly of harness components and the integration of customer-specific connectors. Cable bundling and protection are tailored to the mechanical, thermal and environmental conditions of the final application. Logistically optimised packaging ensures safe delivery and enables efficient further processing at the customer site.
