Job Purpose:

To carry out manufacturing process steps for the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and assemble product to agreed quality levels to meet customer expectations

Responsibilities:

Set-up and run SMT lines to specified efficiency and process quality levels
Ensure product meets IPC 610 to the specified class
Input and preparation of process control documentation including first off inspection
Ensure you are familiar with the department’s output production targets
Complete all necessary paperwork and update databases to meet the requirements of the quality management system
Ensure compliance with all associated procedures applicable to the manufacturing process
Maintain to the highest-level workmanship and product standards, and ensure no scrap is created with minimal re-work outside of design
