Junior Test Development Engineer
Join our Test Development team, where you'll collaborate closely with customer engineers to design and implement test solutions for products that are often life critical. This role offers a dynamic mix of challenges, from hands-on manual testing to developing automated solutions that span both hardware and software design.
As part of a small, experienced, and multi-disciplinary team, you’ll be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle, from initial concept and design through to manufacturing. Once the test systems are built, you'll support proving exercises to ensure they meet customer specifications for both build quality and functionality. When things don’t go as planned, your problem-solving skills will be put to the test during debugging and refinement.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your electronic engineering expertise across both hardware and software domains. Over time, you’ll progress toward leading your own projects and shaping future test solution.
