Frank-Ralf Mayer is Business Development Manager for the Aerospace and Defence sector in Germany at Cicor. With a background in engineering and business administration and experience as a helicopter pilot, he combines technical expertise with operational insight gained from real-world experience.

Adrian Garcia is Business Development Manager at Cicor's subsidiary MADES with a strong background in the electronics industry. René Bacher is a Global Account Manager at Cicor with extensive experience in sales and business development across various sectors, including electrical and plant engineering, plastic injection molding for caps and closures, and electronic manufacturing services. Florian Stöcker is Business Development Manager at Cicor Germany and joined the Group in 2025. With a background as a mechatronics technician and certified mechatronics engineer, he brings nearly ten years of experience in various roles within the EMS industry. His responsibilities include acquiring new customers, expanding business relationships and market segments, and coordinating technical, commercial, and general topics with customers and prospects.

Valentin Büchler is Business Development Manager at Cicor with a strong technical background in electronics manufacturing. Laura Darbyshire is a Business Development Manager at Cicor, with over 15 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.

She supports OEMs throughout the process, from concept to volume production, and has extensive expertise in RFQs and NPI programmes in global, multi-site environments. By working closely with the engineering, procurement and operations teams, she ensures alignment between design, cost and manufacturability. She is an expert in DFM, DFT and NPI, as well as PCBA, cable assemblies and full box build. She also specialises in scaling up from prototype to production, mitigating supply chain risk and optimising costs.

Pierre Rémond is Business Development Manager & Key Account Manager at Cicor, with a strong background in the aerospace, defence and space industries. He brings experience in business development, key account management and RF electronics, including previous roles at Astronics and Thales. Pierre’s expertise includes HDI and miniaturised PCB solutions, RF and high-frequency materials, as well as customer-specific technical coordination covering DFM, stack-ups and supplier qualification. He also has extensive experience supporting supply chain requirements in medical, aerospace, defence and space applications.

Andreas Thomann has extensive experience in engineering and product development. He has worked as an embedded software development engineer and Head of R&D, and he currently oversees all product development activities at Cicor. His areas of expertise include medical devices, system engineering, requirements management, risk management, hardware and embedded software design, and test development. Andreas is also experienced in leading development teams and ensuring high standards in innovation and quality.
