Cicor provides medical device manufacturers with support from the initial idea through the development and assembly of complete devices to after sales service. Winning the DeviceMed award confirms that the “Innovation for success” slogan and active spirit of innovation practiced towards its customers, suppliers and employees are key elements of Cicor’s corporate culture. The awards took place on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 in Düsseldorf at the stand of the Compamed Suppliers Forum in Hall 8b. Compamed takes place at the same time as the world’s biggest medical fair Medica, thereby presenting the entire medical product process chain to an audience of experts.

It is involved in ground-breaking developments, one example of which is an intraocular pressure sensor implant made by German company Implandata Opthalmic Products GmbH that is designed to provide continuous monitoring of intraocular pressure in those suffering from glaucoma. Cicor produces a flexible coil antenna for this implant.
