Cicor Technologies Ltd. – shareholders approved all proposals

Zurich, April 25, 2014 – Cicor (SIX Swiss Exchange: CICN). At the ordinary Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of Cicor Technologies Ltd. on April 24, 2014, the shareholders approved all proposals put to the Meeting by the Board of Directors.

The Annual Shareholders’ Meeting approved the proposal to pay a dividend from the capital contribution reserve of CHF 0.30 per share. The dividend will be paid to shareholders (free of transaction charges) from May 2, 2014.
