Tim Clayton is VP Sales UK Industrial & Medical at Cicor, with extensive experience in commercial leadership across electronics manufacturing and IoT.
He has a strong understanding of the full CDMO ecosystem and how to leverage it to support customers from design and development through to global manufacturing. His expertise covers electronics manufacturing, global production requirements, and connected solutions, with a particular focus on IoT and connectivity.

Laura Robson is Business Development Manager at Cicor, with over 15 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
She supports OEMs from concept through to volume production and has strong expertise in RFQs and NPI programmes across global, multi-site environments. Working closely with engineering, procurement and operations, she ensures alignment between design, cost and manufacturability.
Her expertise includes DFM, DFT and NPI, as well as PCBA, cable assemblies and full box build. She also focuses on scaling from prototype to production, supply chain risk mitigation and cost optimisation.
Chris Chaney is Business Development Manager at Cicor, with extensive experience in the electronics design and manufacturing sector.
His technical expertise spans the full spectrum of electronics design, from minor re-spins and obsolescence management through to complete product development projects starting from initial concept. In parallel, he has a comprehensive understanding of electronic manufacturing processes, covering printed circuit board assembly (PCBA), full box build, testing, and bill of materials (BoM) management.
