Frank-Ralf Mayer is Business Development Manager for the Aerospace and Defence sector in Germany at Cicor. With a background in engineering and business administration and experience as a helicopter pilot, he combines technical expertise with operational insight gained from real-world experience.
He helps customers to address complex and regulated requirements, particularly in the fields of aerospace and defence, medical technology, and high-reliability electronics, turning challenging demands into practical, scalable solutions.
Laszlo Mudriczki is Business Development Director at Cicor Newport Limited, driving strategic growth in the EMS sector. With extensive experience in high-reliability electronics and complex PCB assembly, he supports customers in developing scalable, future-proof solutions.
Jean-François GARDAN is a Project Manager and Business Developer in R&D at Cicor, bringing over 12 years of experience in verification and validation (V&V) projects as well as test bench development. As a recognised expert in test engineering, he serves as Technical Lead for test bench activities at Cicor France R&D, combining deep technical expertise with a strong focus on delivering reliable and high-performance solutions. With his hands-on approach and comprehensive understanding of testing environments, he plays a key role in ensuring quality, efficiency and innovation across complex development projects.
Emmanuel Ley is an R&D Manager at Cicor, bringing extensive experience in hardware development with a strong focus on power design. As a Technical Manager, he specialises in power converters and leads complex development activities in demanding and regulated environments. Combining deep technical expertise with a structured and solution-oriented approach, he plays a key role in delivering reliable, high-performance electronic solutions. His comprehensive understanding of power systems and regulatory requirements ensures quality, compliance and innovation across advanced R&D projects.

Adrian Garcia is Business Development Manager at Cicor's subisidiary MADES with a strong background in the electronics industry. He brings broad experience across key account management, product management, and sales within the printing and imaging as well as telecom sectors. Over the course of his career, he has successfully driven business development initiatives and built lasting customer relationships. Adrian’s expertise includes defence and aerospace electronics manufacturing, as well as telecom technologies such as WiMAX and LTE.

Naval and Maritime Systems

Land Systems

Airborne Systems
Cicor delivers avionics and mission systems for both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft, where reliability is mission-critical.
