Laura Abrardi is Business Development Manager for the Healthcare Technology Market at Cicor. She brings broad industry experience across R&D, manufacturing, and product management. After ten years in the ultra-fast laser sector, she moved into semiconductor packaging solutions before transitioning to microelectronics assembly. For the past four years, Laura has been responsible for sales activities in the EMS business, with a strong focus on the medical market. She holds an MSc in Nuclear Engineering and a PhD in Electronic Engineering.
Cristian Anton is Managing Director at Cicor MedTec Bucharest with over 20 years of experience in the MedTech industry. He leads strategic and financial operations, drives business development, and fosters strong stakeholder relationships. With a background in mechatronics and precision mechanics, Cristian is passionate about guiding teams through complex projects and turning innovative medical concepts into solutions that improve patient care.
Karl-Heinz Fritz has been involved in electronics manufacturing since 1993, holding various operational and technical roles. At Cicor, he oversees technology-related activities, drawing on his extensive experience in manufacturing, engineering, and quality management. His expertise includes circuit manufacturing with a focus on PCB, thin- and thick-film circuits, as well as strong knowledge of base materials, surface treatments, and printed electronics for both 2D and 3D applications. Karl-Heinz is also well-versed in PCB assembly and additive manufacturing.
Elias Kettunen is a Development Engineer and Junior Researcher at Cicor, currently pursuing an Industrial PhD in collaboration with Mälardalen University with a focus on applications of Edge AI. He has been with Cicor since 2021. Before joining Cicor as a full-time employee, Elias pursued a master’s degree in electrical engineering at Uppsala University. His expertise includes Machine Learning and AI-related applications, analog design, embedded systems, and regulatory compliance.
Sascha Köppel is a Business Development Manager for Healthcare Technology at Cicor, bringing extensive experience in plastics moulding, extrusion, and engineering complex product assemblies and machinery for the medical, dental, and industrial sectors. Sascha’s expertise includes a deep understanding of technical and medical systems, as well as a with a broad skill set for solving cross-disciplinary challenges in a variety of fields.
Andreea Matei is a Project Manager at Cicor MedTec Bucharest, where she oversees product development processes for medical devices with a strong focus on documentation and traceability. She holds a PhD in Physics and has more than 18 years of experience in laser processing and advanced materials. With an academic background in microelectronics and optical technologies, Andreea has in recent years specialized in medical device regulation (MDR, IVDR), completing postgraduate certifications at TU Dublin. Her career has evolved from experimental research to structured development in medical systems, with a focus on process reliability and regulatory compliance.
Dan Negrea is Director of Sales and Strategy for healthcare technology at Cicor, with over 20 years of experience in medtech development. He has extensive and in-depth expertise in EMS for medtech, hearing aid development and project management. Additionally, he is highly knowledgeable in regulatory affairs, ensuring that medical products meet industry standards and regulations.
Gregor Schobert is a Business Development Manager at Cicor with over 20 years of experience in global sales leadership and project management. With in-depth expertise in business development, contract management, project management and the NPI/design-in process, Gregor specialises in delivering innovative solutions, particularly for the medical and pharmaceutical industries. His strong engineering design background enables him to help clients bring complex projects to market efficiently and effectively.
Florian Stöcker is Business Development Manager at Cicor Germany and joined the Group in 2025. With a background as a mechatronics technician and certified mechatronics engineer, he brings nearly ten years of experience in various roles within the EMS industry. His responsibilities include acquiring new customers, expanding business relationships and market segments, and coordinating technical, commercial, and general topics with customers and prospects.

Andreas Thomann has extensive experience in engineering and product development. He has worked as an embedded software development engineer and Head of R&D, and he currently oversees all product development activities at Cicor. His areas of expertise include medical devices, system engineering, requirements management, risk management, hardware and embedded software design, and test development. Andreas is also experienced in leading development teams and ensuring high standards in innovation and quality.
