Product Development
The Engineering Services for product development encompass three main areas:
Co-Design: Involves PCB design, hardware (HW) and software (SW) development, design for manufacturing/testing (DfM, DfT), and product improvements through reverse engineering and value analysis.
Platform Concepts/Modules: Focus on platform design, requirement engineering, electronics/firmware development, and a dedicated team of engineers for customer support.
Complete Devices: From concept to mass production, including risk management, product design, technical documentation, and certification support.
PCB Assembly
Cicor Combrée delivers robust and high-quality PCB assembly services designed for low- to high-volume production in critical sectors such as defence, nuclear and medical. With three SMT lines and a highly controlled manufacturing environment, the site ensures consistent performance for complex assemblies.
Assembly lines include SPI, AOI, reflow and selective soldering, supporting a wide range of SMT component types and layout complexities. Full process traceability and strict quality protocols guarantee compliance with industry standards.
Cicor Combrée is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and works to IPC-A-610 Class 3 guidelines. The site offers strong support for new product introduction (NPI), enabling customers to bring new designs into production quickly and with confidence.
Integration of electronic systems
Cicor Combrée provides integration services for electronic sub-assemblies, cabling, cabinets, and racks. The site supports its customers from industrialization to serial assembly of complex electronic systems, in compliance with IPC-A-610 Class 3 and IPC-A-620 standards. Customized packaging solutions are also implemented to ensure the safe delivery of finished products.
Cable Assembly & Wire Harness
Cicor Combrée provides wire harness assembly for complex electronic systems in defence, nuclear and medical applications. Services include precise cutting, stripping, crimping and harness assembly according to IPC-A-620 standards. Wiring is reliably integrated into sub-assemblies, cabinets and racks.
Test Engineering
Cicor Combrée provides comprehensive test engineering services, including AOI and functional tests. The team develops and programs test systems tailored to customer requirements, ensuring efficient integration into production. Full traceability of test data supports high product reliability and quality.
