Should any irregularities arise, our Corporate Compliance Team must be promptly notified for resolution. Furthermore, we continuously assess and refine our Compliance Management System, processes, and structures to ensure their effectiveness, leveraging insights gained to proactively address potential issues and implement remedial actions. Cicor Group has established a platform, the Cicor Integrity Line, that allows employees, customers, and all other stakeholders of the group to report compliance violations, misconducts, and concerns.
Being compliant with our Code of Conduct, legal requirements as well as our internal regulations is our highest priority. Every filed report will go through a systematical investigation. An important part of the Integrity Line is the principle of procedural fairness. Our Group Integrity Line Policy guarantees the highest possible protection for whistleblowers, those affected and employees who help to clarify reported misconduct.
Retaliatory actions against whistleblowers and employees who support accurate behavior at Cicor Group will not be tolerated. It is important for us to emphasize that we will not tolerate any form of discrimination against individuals who report violations or any kind of misconduct to us. This applies even if their suspicions do not prove to be justified or substantiated upon closer examination, unless the reports were made in an obviously defamatory manner.
