Expertise and Services
Engineering, NPI and prototyping
We support the transition from product design to production with design for manufacturing, new product introduction and rapid prototyping. Cicor Solon also provides PCB and system prototyping, early testing of critical functions, miniaturisation expertise, product lifecycle management and production ramp-up.
Printed Circuit Board Assembly
We at Cicor Solon manufacture rigid and flex PCB assemblies from prototypes through series production. Our capabilities include automated SMT, fine-pitch and high-density assembly, high-precision manual operations, conformal coating and cleanroom operations.
Test Engineering
We develop test concepts and integrate them into production using automated optical inspection, Flying Probe, functional testing and X-ray inspection. At Cicor Solon, we also provide test-system setup and programming, quality-data management and traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
Box Building and System Integration
We assemble and integrate complex systems and subsystems, including hardware and firmware integration, cables and harnesses, fluid handling, sensor integration, motion systems and tight mechanical adjustments.
