Tool Design and Fabrication
Cicor Suzhou's manufacturing facilities are equipped with advanced tool room machinery, skilled staff, and a strong track record of quality. Specialising in steel moulding and high-precision tooling, the site produces durable moulds for long-term, high-volume production. The facility features advanced CAD-CAM software, including Unigraphic, Pro-E, and UG10.0, as well as 3D software for mould design and CNC programming. To ensure precision and efficiency, Cicor Suzhou utilises Mouldflow Adviser for design optimisation and high-quality machinery such as CNC, EDM, wire cutting, grinding, and drilling machines. For quality assurance and measurement, the site is equipped with Visual OGP SmartScope, 3D Family measurement scope, and ZPT CMM, ensuring consistent and reliable production results.
Plastic Injection Moulding
With injection moulding machines ranging from 50 to 468 tons, Cicor Suzhou is equipped to handle both small and medium-sized plastic components with high precision. The facility specialises in high-precision, thin-wall, and insert moulding, allowing the creation of complex geometries and the seamless integration of additional components into tight-tolerance plastic parts.
The site's 2K injection moulding technology enables the combination of two different materials or colours within a single component, enhancing product functionality and design flexibility. A material feeding system with dehumidifiers and hopper dryers ensures stable processing conditions, while swing and traverse robot arms on all machines provide efficient and consistent production.

3D-MID
Cicor Suzhou offers fully integrated 3D-MID (Moulded Interconnect Devices) manufacturing, combining electronic and mechanical functions in three-dimensional plastic components. The process includes precision injection moulding for MID substrates, laser activation to structure conductive paths, and metallisation for durable circuits. This is followed by assembly and final testing to ensure high-quality integration and reliability. With scalable industrialisation, Cicor Suzhou supports efficient production from prototypes to mass manufacturing.
