Our assembly services include laser marking of PCBs with unique serial numbers, real-time quality data management (Online SPC) and full traceability of process steps, component batches and test data. Our cutting-edge methods include solder paste screen printing, 3D solder paste inspection, SMD and THT assembly, reflow, wave and selective soldering, as well as CNC milling and sawing for panel cutting. Manual soldering is performed in accordance with IPC A-610 standards. We also offer IC programming, conformal coating and fully automated painting and encapsulation of assemblies. Even prototypes and very small series are produced under serial production conditions.
