PCB Assembly
The site features advanced SMT and THT production capabilities, ensuring high-precision assembly. It includes solder paste inspection and four complete SMT lines with solder paste printers, SMT mounters, reflow (N₂), and AOI. With a 150K chips/hour loading capacity, it supports 01005 – 1206, SOP, PLCC, QFP, BGA, and connectors.
Adhesive bonding is available from chip size 0603, along with adhesive printing. For THT production, the site includes THT assembly stations, THT parts preparation, nitrogen wave soldering, and selective wave soldering, ensuring reliability and precision in manufacturing.
Box Building
The site offers high-precision sub-assembly production, handling 20K-10 million parts per year. It features ultrasonic and vibration welding, coil winding, and stencil- and pad printing. Additional capabilities include laser marking and cutting, underfill application, and plasma treatment. Automated de-paneling and auto PCBA cleaning ensure efficiency and quality in manufacturing
Plastic Injection Molding
The site specializes in plastic injection molding, utilizing injection molding machines ranging from 50 to 180 tons. It also offers 2K injection molding for high-precision, multi-material components.
