PCB Assembly
At Cicor Hartlepool, we specialise in providing precision PCB assembly services, tailored to meet the demanding requirements of industries such as industrial and IoT. Our advanced capabilities include 3D solder paste inspection, SMD assembly, reflow soldering, and through-hole (THT) assembly, ensuring exceptional quality and reliability at every stage. Using 3D Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) and CNC milling or wheel cutting for depanelization, we maintain the highest standards of quality and precision. In addition, our integrated circuits programming expertise enables seamless functionality and performance in complex designs.
With four state-of-the-art SMT lines and a dedicated SMT NPI line, our facility is equipped to handle projects from prototype to full production, offering New Product Introduction (NPI) services and engineering support.
Box Building
Cicor Hartlepool provides bespoke box building solutions including precision device assembly, coating, potting and advanced bonding techniques such as gluing. We offer laser marking, pad printing and bespoke packaging to meet product specific requirements. Functional, environmental and burn-in testing ensures reliability and performance, delivering complete systems of the highest quality. Applications include smart asset tracking equipment or smart sensing technology for civil engineering and rail applications.
Power Supply
Cicor Hartlepool is the hub for Cicor’s Power Supply business, delivering AC/DC and DC/DC solutions ranging from 1W to 1.2KW for medical and industrial applications. Certified to EN62368-1 and EN60601-1 standards, our products are designed for reliability, safety, and efficiency. With engineering support, custom modifications, and comprehensive design cycle assistance, we provide tailored power solutions to meet the most demanding industry requirements.
