Printed circuit boards
Cicor Boudry offers advanced capabilities in parallel and sequential layer construction for PCB manufacturing. The technology enables the lowest dielectric thickness of 12.5 μm for flex and rigid-flex circuits and 25 μm for rigid circuits. With DenciTec®, Cicor achieves line/space as small as 25 μm, with the smallest laser via diameter at 30 μm (or 100 μm for mechanically drilled vias). The facility ensures a minimum annular ring of 40 μm and precise cavities and blind vias with a depth tolerance of ±7 μm, utilizing both liquid photoimageable and dry film solder masks for protection.
