Printed Electronics
Cicor Singapore offers advanced printed electronics solutions with a broad material portfolio, including conductive, non-conductive, resistor, biocompatible, and photoresist materials. With line/space resolutions down to 10 μm and printing thicknesses ranging from <100 nm to tens of μm, Cicor ensures high precision and reliability. The capabilities include printing on standard materials, printed flex and rigid circuits, printed embedded passives, and printed circuits on ceramics and plastics, delivering versatile solutions for complex applications.
