Competencies and Services
PCB Assembly
PCB Assembly services include a comprehensive range of processes such as 3D solder paste inspection, which ensures precise application of solder paste, and SMD assembly, where surface-mount devices are accurately placed on the board. The reflow soldering process is used to securely bond components to the PCB, followed by 3D Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) to verify the quality of the solder joints. Additionally, THT assembly is performed for through-hole components, and CNC milling or wheel cutting is utilized for the depanelization of PCBs. Programming of integrated circuits is also available, along with the capability to handle prototypes and series production from low to high volumes, catering to project-specific needs. Full traceability of production steps, component batches, and test data is maintained throughout the process to ensure high-quality and reliable PCB assembly.
Box Building
Our Box Building services encompass a complete range of processes, including device assembly to ensure all components are integrated correctly. We also offer coating and potting services to protect devices from environmental factors. Various bonding technologies, such as gluing, are employed to meet specific assembly needs. We provide precise marking and labeling options, including laser marking and pad printing, to ensure accurate identification and branding. To guarantee product reliability, we conduct functional, environmental, and burn-in tests. Additionally, we offer customized packaging solutions tailored to the unique requirements of each product.
Test Engineering
Our services in test concept development encompass a range of advanced testing methods including AOI, Flying Probe Test, In-Circuit Testing (ICT), functional testing, X-ray inspection, and Boundary & Frame Scan. We provide comprehensive setup and programming of test systems tailored to meet specific customer requirements. Our expertise includes developing custom testing hardware based on customer specifications and seamlessly integrating these test systems into the production environment. We ensure quality data management with full traceability throughout the entire product life cycle. Our technologies and equipment portfolio includes Flying Probe systems (SPEA), In-Circuit Testers (Teradyne, TRI, Digital Test), Functional Test Systems, Frame Scan, Climatic Test Chambers, X-Ray inspection, and AOI SMT systems from Parmi and TRI.
