  • It includes 1,200 m² of clean rooms (ISO class 7) for injection molding, assembly, and packaging.
  • The clean rooms are validated for RTU (ready-to-use) medical applications. The site is certificated in ISO 9001, ISO 1400 and ISO 45001, ISO 13485.

Expertise and Services

Plastic Injection Molding

With a wide range of machines from 20 to 300 tonnes, they can handle both small and medium-sized plastic components with precision. They specialise in high precision, thin wall and insert molding, enabling the creation of complex geometries and the integration of additional components into tight tolerance plastic parts.

Their 2K moulding technology allows the combination of two different materials or colours in a single component, enhancing product functionality and design flexibility. They also operate ISO Class 7 clean room moulding and packaging, ensuring that sensitive products meet the highest standards of hygiene and contamination control, particularly for the medical and electronics industries.

They also use a fully automated spray painting line to provide additional value-added services for parts requiring protective coatings or aesthetic finishes. The Ready to Use (RTU) production process ensures that products are fully assembled and ready for use on completion.
