Our Group Integrity Line Policy guarantees the highest possible protection for whistleblowers, those affected and employees who help to clarify reported misconduct.
Retaliatory actions against whistleblowers and employees who support accurate behavior at Cicor Group will not be tolerated. It is important for us to emphasize that we will not tolerate any form of discrimination against individuals who report violations or any kind of misconduct to us. This applies even if their suspicions do not prove to be justified or substantiated upon closer examination, unless the reports were made in an obviously defamatory manner.
