Celebrating its 22nd anniversary, the site confirms its continuous growth by building a new, double sized facility in the industrial area of Arad. The activities for the construction of the new Cicor production site in Arad (RO) are proceeding as scheduled. The new building will be constructed in the next proximity to the current location. The production and warehouse space as well as the office space will be accommodated on a usable area of more than 13,000 m2. While the offices are spread over two floors, the production and the warehouse are planned at ground level. This creates the best conditions for optimizing production and logistics processes. With the existing land reserves, the Arad site is optimally prepared for future growth. The new building will be ready for occupation in the second half of 2018.
Respecting two important principles, partnership and reliability, the Cicor site in Arad sees itself as a partner over the entire product life cycle, from product development through series production to after-sales-service. The traceability system ensures that all relevant quality data is entered during the manufacturing and maintenance of electronic products and guarantees optimum security. Also, fully integrated quality data management software allows Cicor to trace, for example, all component batch numbers for modules or units.
