Micro Assembly Center (MAC)

Cicor Microelectronics handles a wide technology field of very complex and different electronic devices in the micro-system technology. The newly integrated Micro Assembly Center (MAC) enlarges the current assembly technologies by a fully automated production line.

The new Micro Assembly Center (MAC) is developed for the automatic micro-assembly of complex microwave modules, opto-electronics and microsystems. The service spectrum ranges from classic component assembly over the SMT production to the combination with other manufacturing technologies of the microsystem technology.

The Micro Assembly Center (MAC) as a separated area is integrated into the existing clean room system. So we can guarantee controlled climatic conditions for a high and constant quality.
